SUMMARY: The bid of Field's Engineering is recommended on the Environment One pump since the difference is only $25 and he is a local vendor. In fairness to the suppliers and to ensure the proper pump is installed for the location, we recommend that the customers be charged a standard price of $2,650, regardless of the pump selected. The City will determine the proper pump for the proposed location.
