SUMMARY:

The attached agreement outlines the improvements to be installed on County property.  Mayor Graham had suggested at the last building and grounds committee meeting that the City would maintain the improvements.  This agreement was presented to Building and Grounds on August 5 with the understanding that it had not yet been approved by City Council.  They recommended unanimously for approval by the full County Commission at their August 19^th meeting.  The agreement has been recommended and approved by the City Attorney.
