SUMMARY: The developer is proposing 17 housing units as 8 duplex units and 1 single family unit, along Old Mail Road. 7 of the duplex units will be located on a private loop driveway with two storm water detention ponds, private water, and private sewer. An additional duplex and the single-family unit will be located on a separate parcel to the south with a single driveway and parking area. The second location will also be on private water and sewer line with another detention pond proposed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the site plan subject to any required storm water permits.
