SUMMARY: A review of the Plan of Services is required every 6 months after annexation until the Plan of Services has been fulfilled. It has been 6 months since the annexation of
TMPs 101A C 001.00, 002.00, 004.00, 005.00, 006.00, 007.00, 008.00, and 101 012.03 (Cook Road) and TMPs 112 E J 021.00, 112D J 042.00, 112D J 004.00, 112D J 003.00, 112D J 001.00, and 112E J 019.00 (Palmetto Drive).
The Plan of Services for Cook Road has been fulfilled. The Plan of Services for Palmetto Drive has not. The sewer line for Palmetto Drive needs to be installed.
