SUMMARY: On November, 16, 2023, 9 bids were received for Police Rifles. Staff recommends second lowest bidder, Rock River Arms, in the amount of $45,700 be awarded the bid. The lowest bidder did not meet the specifications. The purchase will be made from VCIF grant funds and a budget amendment is in the process for approval.
