Discussion and action on Christmas Parade entry fees

SUMMARY:
At the work sessions on the 2015-16 budget, Council discussed re-instituting a fee for entries in the annual Christmas Parade. In January 2010, the City Council eliminated the $15 fee for entries in the 2010 parade and that an equivalent amount be given to the Rescue Squad. This practice has continued; however, City Council never acted on the continuance of the fee elimination.
