SUMMARY:
Flynn Sign would like a variance to allow them to change a steel multi-pole double stack to a single steel pole to accommodate digital displays. This sign was grandfathered in the original sign ordinance. The ordinance allows the conversion of wood structures to monopole steel structures, but is silent on the conversion of multi-pole steel structures to monopole steel structures. The ordinance allows for a variance by the City Council.
