SUMMARY:
A request has been received from Cumberland Good Samaritans for the closure of undeveloped right-of-way platted through the middle of their two properties so that they can build a facility across the right of way.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the closure of the right-of-way between their two properties with the property owner paying for the survey and re-platting, to prevent the creation of non-buildable lots.
