SUMMARY:
At a prior meeting, approval was given for a contract with TDOT for improvements to Cox Avenue to assist in the expansion of CoLinx. Following submittal of the signed contract, TDOT discovered that a newer version of their contract was required. The attached contract has the additional language highlighted for your review.
