SUMMARY: As discussed in work session, a proposal has been made by the City Manager and Palace Administrator to revise the charges for use of the Spirit Broadband Amphitheater.  The revised schedule contains a lower rate for use by non-profit organizations.
 
At the February Council meeting, a request was made and approved for temporary street closings for a St. Jude's Fundraiser on May 25.  Council requested that their event be held in conjunction with the Crossville Cruisers' event on May 25.  The St. Jude's sponsors are now requesting that their event be changed to May 18.
