Northwest Connector Sections II and III Engineering

SUMMARY:
As adopted by City Council, staff has prepared the attached proposed RFQ's for engineering services for Sections II and III of the Northwest Connector. If approved, we will issue them to engineers that are on the TDOT pre-qualified list. However, Council previously approved contracts with Gresham Smith and Partners for both Section II and III and no action has been taken by Council to rescind those contracts.
