SUMMARY:

The Plan of Services for the annexation of 5.43 acres on Dayton Spur Road was adopted by Council on September 10, 2013.  Subsequent to the annexation, the property was sold.  All services of the city have been provided as outlined and/or requested by the property owner/developer.  The sewer line extension will be installed within six months following the payment of fees by the property owner.
