SUMMARY:

As directed at the March 21^st meeting, the City Manager and City Clerk requested a ruling regarding the motion made on the downtown project.  The information was supplied to MTAS and Elisha Hodge, Comptroller's Office of Open Records Counsel.  We expect to have all the opinions by Friday, March 28.  What has been uncovered so far has raised a number of issues that will be reviewed with Council so that everyone has clear direction and understandings of the law.
