SUMMARY:
On June 28, an auction was held on Lot 232 on Holiday Drive. The high bid was $28,100. Council should accept or reject the high bid. If accepted, the proposed sale must be advertised for 30 days before the sale can be closed. If rejected, the auctioneer will be due $1,500.
If sold, the city will move the sewer line at an approximate cost of $10,000.
