SUMMARY:

The Planning Commission, with the assistance of staff, has been reviewing changes to the Crossville Municipal Code regarding the extension of water and sewer lines.  The revised ordinance attempts to clear up the requirements of the city, property owners, and developers.  This revised ordinance has been approved by the Planning Commission and City Attorney and recommended for adoption.
