SUMMARY:

Jim Long of S & J Properties has requested that a portion of his property on S. Main Street be annexed so that it can be connected to city sewer. Material cost has been estimated to be approximately $300.  The Plan of Services was approved by the Planning Commission on June 19, 2014.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION:  Adopt ordinance on third and final reading, if property owner is willing to move forward with the annexation and pay the materials cost.
