SUMMARY: As discussed in work session, the City and TDOT have made agreements regarding this road; however, portions are outside the City limits. The City Clerk is working with TML to get clarification on annexation of the road right-of-way under the annexation moratorium imposed by the General Assembly. These issues must be resolved prior to final reading.
