Ordinance amending the FY14-15 budget for proposed settlement on Abbott, et al. v. City of Crossville

SUMMARY:
City Council approved the proposed settlement at the November Council meeting. We are still awaiting word that all the signatures have been received from the Plaintiffs on the proposed settlement of this lawsuit. Since this involves a lawsuit, copies of the settlement will be made public once signatures from both parties have been obtained. The amount of the budget amendment will be determined once all the costs are obtained and the settlement is finalized.
