SUMMARY:

A request has been received from James Miller for the annexation of his property located at the corner of Hwy. 70E and Milo Lemert Parkway.  The annexation of the property has been recommended for approval by the Planning Commission.  At the City Manager's suggestion, the annexation has been expanded to include the intersection since the other three corners are in the City limits.
