Notice of "dba" change for Honey's Market

SUMMARY:
Honey's Market has changed their "dba" to Route 70 Market. The ownership has not changed and they will continue to operate as Honey's Market with all the regulatory authorities and tax accounts. City Attorney Kenneth Chadwell opined that a simple advertisement of this name change would suffice and that notice to the Beer Board for the purpose of recording in the minutes was the only action that should be taken.
