SUMMARY:
Todd Hinch and Stanton Brewer have applied for a permit to open a tire shredding facility on Maryetta Drive. Because of the nature of the business, a permit under the "Jackson law" must be approved by the City and the County. A joint public hearing will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, at City Hall.
