Ordinance amending the 2014-15 budget for waterlines (ECE Services)

SUMMARY: The City Council selected ECE Services from the recent request for qualifications for Engineers. The waterline replacement projects were divided by staff and the two selected for ECE Services are the Old Lantana Road Waterline Replacement Project and County Seat/Southbend Waterline Replacement Project.
Staff has reviewed the contracts and the Engineer is adjusting the contract from the comments received. The contract for these projects is attached. The City Attorney has reviewed this contract and has suggested additions to the contract that are being incorporated and will be available at the meeting.
Fees Include:
$ 98,850 - Surveying, Design, Bidding and Contract Administration
$ 25,200 - Full Time Inspection based on a four month construction (lump sum price).
$124,050 - Total Contract Amount
