Discussion and possible action on City Judge compensation

SUMMARY:
At the Council work session on December 3, 2014, Council agreed to set the salary at $12,000 per year. The ad for the position included the $12,000 salary. At the January meeting, the recommended legislative action was "to appoint ________ as City Judge at an annual salary of $12,000". With no amendments offered by the Council, the entire motion was included in the minutes, which were approved at the February meeting.
Judge Gardner has requested Council to re-consider her salary.
