There is a possibility that the plat would not need to be reviewed by staff and planning commission under existing state law, due to the size and needs of the subdivision.

§      A request for annexation was made for a lot off Ramey Rd, which is located off HWY 127N just north of the Circle K and Dunkin Donuts. After staff review, it appears that no dedicated ROW exists in front of the property and the existing City Limits only comes in contact with the lot at a single shared property corner. It would be impossible to annex without an existing ROW and remain contiguous. More information is available in the Planning Office if the Planning Commission would like to see it.
