SUMMARY:

A request has been received from Property Brothers Management for the annexation of 0.33 acres on McKinley Lane to receive city services.  The annexation and proposed plan of services has been reviewed by Planning Commission and recommended for approval.  The property owners have requested approved to connect their existing residential properties prior to finalization of annexation.  Should the annexation not be finalized, they would be charged at "outside" rates.
