SUMMARY:

Debbie Towns is planning the annual Pro-Troop Rally for July 4^th on the courthouse grounds.  Those activities will be coordinated with the Children's Parade, if it is held.  The event will be from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and the adjacent streets will need to be blocked off.
