Discussion and action on downtown sidewalks

SUMMARY:

James Golias from EG&G reviewed the preliminary cost estimates and work required to re-construct the sidewalks in the downtown area to meet ADA guidelines at the April 16^th work session.

The City Manager will have updated information on potential financing of the project.  A decision needs to be made on proceeding with the project and a contract with the engineering firm for final design.

Proposed contracts from the engineer under the various scenarios will be distributed prior to the meeting.
