SUMMARY:  Quote was received from Quality Traffic Systems for 5 signal light control monitors.  The total purchase is $8,250.  Supervisor of the Street Department recommends purchasing of the control monitors from Quality at this cost.  Quality Traffic Systems is the only supplier of control monitors that the City of Crossville requires.
