Ordinance amending sections of § 8-300 of the Crossville Municipal Code regarding intoxicating liquors

SUMMARY:
The proposed ordinance makes the following changes:
· 8-303 (2) removes language regarding the first applications after the effective date of the original ordinance when retail liquor stores became legal and reduces the number of copies of plans that are required
· 8-304 removes the 500' distance requirement to be compatible with the re-write of the beer ordinance
· 8-308 changes the signage requirements to be identical with the beer requirements
