SUMMARY:

Year-end amendments are needed for:

·      Depreciation expense because city budgeted for the modified depreciation method

·      The employee buyout costs

The Finance Director has amended the budget amendment to add expenses for park concessions, Palace Theatre wages, airport, drug dog, and downtown project.  He has also increased the water depreciation account.

BUDGET ACCOUNT:  ordinance required
