Ordinance amending §1-801(E) of the Crossville Municipal Code regarding open records

SUMMARY:

The City's ordinance regarding charges for copies needs to be revised to mirror the recommendations of the Tennessee Office of Open Records Counsel.  The recommended ordinance sets the charges at the recommended amount of $0.15 for black and white copies and $0.50 for color copies for 8 ½ x 11 or 8 ½ x 14 sizes.
