SUMMARY:
Ivy Gardner and Tiffany Lyon attended the training session for Administrative Hearing Officers. They received a sample ordinance that is much more extensive than the one adopted by the City (based on Knoxville's ordinance). A meeting is being held with the two officers, City Attorney, City Manager, and City Clerk prior to the work session. An ordinance is expected to be brought before the Council to make necessary changes.
