SUMMARY:

As discussed at the work session, the residents are in favor of reducing the speed limits on Kings Row in Kingsgate from 30 mph to 25 mph.  In addition, the City Manager has received complaints regarding speed issues on W. Adams St.  The current speed limit is 20 mph.  Approximately 50 traffic stops have been made on West Adams and 10 hard tickets have been written in a one year period. There has only been one accident, which was a single vehicle accident and it occurred in the middle of the night with no damage.
