SUMMARY:

David Rutledge has requested his property located at 4341 Hwy. 127S to be annexed into the City so that he can connect to city sewer.  The sewer line is located in front of his property.  Because of the distance to the property from other residences in the City, it was suggested at the work session that the property not be annexed, but approval be given to approve access to City sewer at outside-City rates.
