SUMMARY:
An ordinance has been prepared to remove offenses at Meadow Park Lake being misdemeanors. It also changes the code to allow swimming under rules and regulations adopted by the Lake Commission. The ordinance is under review by the Lake Commission for any proposed changes prior to the third and final reading.
