SUMMARY:
In preparation for being able to sell wine in their grocery store beginning 7/1/2016, Kroger #599 has requested issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. The Certificate will simply state that the applicant’s background (Christine Wheatley) has been checked and there have been no felony conviction within the past 10 years and the location complies with all zoning laws. The Police Department is conducting the background check and zoning is not an issue in Crossville.
