Ordinance amending § 12-1102(C) on Administrative Hearings

SUMMARY:
To more easily meet notice requirements for administrative hearings, the City Attorney and Administrative Hearing Office recommend that the ordinance be changed so that hearings can be heard twice a month. The original plan was to meet following City Court, but they meet every other week. To be able to provide annual notices of meeting times, the notice has to be more specific, so the City Attorney suggested the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, beginning August 25.
