SUMMARY:
An application has been received from Kiran Inc. dba Miller Mart for an off-premises beer permit. Miller Mart has a current business license under the name of Kamlesh Patel dba Miller Mart. The original application showed a corporation, but only listed one of the owners’ names. Some of the shareholders of the corporation have changed since the original application and Kamlesh Patel is no longer one of the shareholders. At the advice of the City Attorney, a new application has been filed in the name of the corporation. Sandeepkumar (Sam) Patel is one of the shareholders and is the primary manager of the business.
