SUMMARY: The contractor for the Gardens Phase 6 & 7 water line has completed the work and the developer is requesting the letter of credit for $83,105.00 be released.
Attached is the inspection sheet.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the letter of credit be released for the completion of waterlines in this phase of the development.
