Discussion and action on referendum for a sports facility

SUMMARY:
There have been numerous discussions on the building of an indoor sports facility. The City Manager needs direction from the Council if the Council is ready to proceed with a referendum in the Fall. If so, Council will need to determine what type of facility and the estimated cost to be placed in the question to the voters on the amount of bonds that would be issued for such a facility.
