SUMMARY:
The City Manager and City Attorney will be requesting direction from the Council regarding the sale of delinquent tax properties.
These are the total delinquent taxes as of Jan. 31, 2016.
• 2015 unpaid w/interest - $106,771.14
• 2014 unpaid w/interest - $50,438.30
• 2013 unpaid w/interest - $35,274.91
• 2012 unpaid w/interest - $28,859.99
Grand total unpaid w/interest - $365,329.76 (goes back to 1995)
