SUMMARY:
With the new law allowing wine in grocery stores, the City Attorney recommends that changes be made to the Code to clarify the requirements. The additions are highlighted on the attached proposed ordinance. Two definitions were deleted and replaced with new definitions that provide distinction between liquor stores and retail food stores selling wine.
