Ordinance amending § 8-104 of the Crossville Municipal Code pertaining to alcoholic beverages

SUMMARY:

It was discovered that the language in § 8-104 pertaining to the payment of the annual privilege fee for liquor by the drink licenses was worded incorrectly.  The intent and the practice have been for the fee to be paid within 30 days of expiration.  This ordinance corrects the wording.
