Butch Smith has requested to purchase approximately 9.09 acres on Wyatt Court that is adjacent to his property. It has been priced at $25,000 per acre. He wants to build a spec building on the property. He is offering to put the money in escrow with the City and the cost would be reduced $5,000 per job for new employees in the new facility.
