SUMMARY:
Councilmember Kerley has requested the City Manager’s resignation because he has lost all faith in his honesty and ability to lead the City of Crossville. He also believes it is clear that Mr. Rutherford has violated the City spending policy. In his opinion, that falls under his contract as gross negligence.
