Discussion and action on LRPF grant application for renovation of Garrison Park

SUMMARY:
As approved at the January Council meeting, a grant application is being prepared for submittal by April 22. Since the January meeting, the grant agency has raised the maximum amount for grants from $250,000 to $500,000. The budget and scope has been reworked with this in mind and needs to be approved by Council.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Approve revised grant application scope and budget and resolution selecting Community Development Partners to provide assistance and administration on the project if it is funded.
