SUMMARY: The developer has requested the release of a letter of credit for phase VI & VII of the Gardens for Base & Fine Grading, Earthwork, and Culverts in the amount of $83,501.00. Planning staff has consulted Kevin Music, the head of the City of Crossville Street Department. He or his staff has inspected the items listed in this letter of credit and has given Planning Staff the inspection sheet approving the work.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the release of the Letter of Credit as stated above in the amount of $83,501.00.
