SUMMARY: The developer is moving a property line between lots 21 and 22 of Phase VI of The Gardens. This plat would have been handled as an In-House plat, except the road fronting the property has an outstanding letter of credit for the road and curbing. Staff feels that any plat with an outstanding letter of credit should go back before the planning commission for their approval.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the plat.
