SUMMARY:

Life Care Center of Crossville is sponsoring the 3^rd Annual Scarecrow Festival on Saturday, October 1, downtown.  The event will be from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  They will be having vendors and live music and are requesting that Main Street be closed from North Street to 1^st Street.  They also request E. 4^th Street to be closed from Main to Thurman.
