Discussion and action on removal and replacement of Interim City Manager

SUMMARY:
Councilmember Souza believes that it is time to reassess the situation and move forward in a positive direction until a new Council is seated in December, due to the number of controversial issues that have been circulating in the community (proven or unproven), such of which have revolved around Steve Hill as Interim City Manager.

NECESSARY COUNCIL ACTION: Effective immediately, Steve Hill is terminated as Interim City Manager and the City Council take nominations for Interim City Manager to serve until the new Council can hire a permanent City Manager.
